Shipping policy

Shipping 

Processing time for all orders is up to 30 Business Days.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the shipping of your product and recommend tracking services and insurance. Shipping services are typically reliable but things do happen and weather events take place. We do our best to make sure you receive your items promptly and in good care. However, we are not reliable for the product once in the hands of the shipping service.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for receiving and returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. 

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS: Shipping is weight based so prices will vary.

 

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within business days and normal business hours. Excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier then shipping time begins. Processing aka TAT or Turn Around Time, is us receiving the order, ordering supplies and making them.

3. CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

4. RETURNS

All sales are final, and returns are not accepted.

5. DELAYED ORDERS

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

6. DAMAGED ORDERS

The Girl Dads is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
